Arlene Courtney


Arlene has been competing since 1977 in a number of dog sports including confirmation, obedience, pointing dog field trials and agility. She has been training and trialling in agility since 1991 with a number of breeds including Golden Retriever, English Setter, mixed breed, Shetland Sheepdog and Border Collie. Although she has earned titles in AKC and USDAA, her primary venue is NADAC. She has competed in the NADAC championships 15 times, winning once and finishing second 4 times with Sheltie Teddy who earned 6 NATCH/versatility NATCHs in his career. Her most recent success has been earning the NATCH/Versatility NATCH with deaf Border Collie Trick. Arlene is a NADAC agility judge and a UKC obedience and rally obedience judge.
